December Clinic Hours and Service Limitations

Dear Patients,

Please note the following changes and limitations to our clinic hours for December:

December 8–10, 2025: The doctor will be available, but there will be no nurse on duty.
December 11–12, 2025: The clinic is closed, and there is no substitute doctor available.
December 23, 2025: The clinic is closed, and there is no substitute doctor available.
December 31, 2025, and January 2, 2026: The clinic is closed for operational reasons. (Please note that the entire Apromed building, including the pharmacy, will be closed on these dates.)

Office Closure and Limited Service in September 2025

Dear patients, due to vacation, the office will be closed completely from September 1st to September 5th, 2025. From September 8th to September 10th, 2025, only the nurse will be present until 10:00, and on Wednesday, September 10th, until 15:00.

MUDr. Břečková, APROMED, Building C, 1st floor (until 9:00!) will treat emergencies.

Please note that the substitute doctor treats only urgent cases. Administrative tasks are not provided – extracts from medical records, medical exams for driver’s or firearms licenses, health certificates, etc. Please arrange these matters in advance.

For prescriptions, sick leave termination, etc., please send the necessary personal details (Name and Surname, Birth Number, Health Insurance Company, Address, and Contact phone) together with your request to jmwpromed@seznam.cz . Without these details, your request cannot be processed.

Due to participation in a professional conference, only the nurse will be present in the office from March 26 to March 28, 2025. On Wednesday until 3:00 PM and on other days until 10:00 AM.

Patients requiring urgent medical attention will be treated by Dr. Břečková at APROMED, Building C, 1st floor (until 9:00 AM!).

Please note that the substitute doctor treats only urgent cases. Administrative tasks such as medical record extracts, medical exams for driver's licenses and firearm permits, health certificates, etc., will not be performed. Please make sure to take care of these matters in advance.

Dear Patients,

Due to vacation, the operation of the office will be limited during Christmas as follows:

Dec, 23 and Dec, 27 – Office closed
Dec, 31 – APROMED Clinic closed

In case of a medical emergency, please contact the Medical Emergency Service for adults. In case of a life-threatening emergency, call 155.

Clinic Schedule Changes Due to Conference

Dear patients,

Due to participation in the General Practice Society conference, the office operations will be limited as follows from 5th November to 8th November:

5th - 7th November 2024 - Only the nurse will be present until 11:00.
8th November 2024 - The office will be closed.

For urgent cases, patients will be treated by Dr. Břečková at APROMED, Building C, 1st floor (until 9:00 AM!).

Please note that the substitute physician will only handle urgent cases. Administrative tasks such as extracts from medical records, examinations for driver’s and firearm licenses, health certificates, etc., will not be carried out. Therefore, make sure to take care of everything in advance, and we also recommend arranging your medication prescriptions ahead of time.

For medication prescriptions, sick leave terminations, etc., please send the required personal information (Name and Surname, Birth Number, Health Insurance Provider, Address, and Contact Phone Number) by email to jmwpromed@seznam.cz. Without this information, your request cannot be processed.

Due to the high workload of the substitute practice, we kindly ask that you prioritize sending your requests by email.

May 24th to May 31st, 2024: Clinic closed
