Restriction of working hours due to the reconstruction of the nurse station

Dear Patients, We expect to close the practice between January 27 and February 4, 2022, due to the renovation of the nurse's office.

MUDr. Renáta Břečková, APROMED, building C, 1st floor will provide healthcare during our absence.

Please keep in mind that the substituting doctor treats only acute cases. Administrative tasks such as writing excerpts from medical records, examinations for driver's and gun licenses, and so on are not performed by them.

Please transmit the relevant personal data (First and Last Name, Birth Number, Health Insurance Company, Address, and Contact Phone Number) to jmwpromed@seznam.cz in case of pharmaceutical prescription, termination of sick leave, or other administration. Your request will not be processed unless you provide this information.
