Please be advised that our clinic is closed from September 2nd to September 6th, 2024.

Kindly note that the attending physician will only address acute cases and will not handle administrative tasks such as providing medical records, conducting examinations for driving or firearms licenses, issuing health cards, etc. We urge you to arrange these matters well in advance. Additionally, we recommend arranging your prescription ahead of time.

For prescription refills, sick note terminations, etc., please send the necessary personal information (Name, Surname, Birth Number, Health Insurance Company, Address, and Contact Phone) via email to jmwpromed@seznam.cz. Without this information, your request cannot be processed.

Given the heavy workload at the substitute clinic, we encourage you to primarily communicate with them via email for any inquiries or requests.
