Dear Patients,

Please note that our clinic will be closed from June 29 to July 10, 2026, due to staff vacation.

For emergency/acute medical care, please contact MUDr. Břečková at APROMED (Building C, 1st floor). Please note that acute patients will only be accepted until 9:00 AM.

Please be aware that the covering physician only treats urgent cases. They will not handle any administrative tasks, such as medical record extracts, medical examinations for driving or firearms licenses, medical certificates, etc. Please make sure to arrange all these administrative matters in advance.

If you need a prescription for chronic medication, please send an email to jmwpromed@seznam.cz. Be sure to include all necessary personal details (Full Name, National Identification Number/Birth Number, Health Insurance Company, Address, and Contact Phone Number). We will not be able to process your request without this information.
