Dear patients, the ambulance will be closed from September 4th to September 8thAcute patients will be treated by
- 4.9.-6.9.2023 - MUDr. Bencúrová, EUC Clinic Ostrava
- 7.9.-8.9.2023 - MUDr. Břečková, APROMED, building C, 1st floor
Please note that the substitute doctor only treats acute cases. She does not perform administrative tasks - extracts from medical records, examinations for driving and firearms licenses, etc.
In case of medication prescription or termination of sick leave, please send the necessary personal data (Name and Surname, Birth number, Health insurance company, Address, and Contact phone) by e-mail. Without this information, your request cannot be processed. Due to the high workload of the ambulance, please consider sending your requests via e-mail.
